Single Family Detached – Single Family
A home that contains a housing unit, which is alone and sits on its own land offering a greater degree of privacy.
Semi detached House
A house for a family that is joined to another by a common wall. It can offer many of the advantages of a single-family home and is generally less expensive than buying and maintaining.
Two single-family homes located one on top of another in a building. Duplexes are a housing type that has two distinct dwelling units, typically with their own individual entrances, located within a single structure, often, the owner lives in one unit and the other’s income.
Many similar single-family houses, side by side, separated by common walls. They can be freehold, condominiums or rental units. They offer less privacy than a single-family couple but still provide a separate outdoor space. These houses can cost less to buy and maintain – but they can also be large, luxury units.
Typically, it consists of two-story houses stacked one on top of the other in a row of four or more homes. Units can have more than one level. All units have direct access from outside.
Houses accompanied by garages or garages that give access to the front and courtyards. Builders sometimes join the basement walls so that the link houses look like single-family homes in small lots. Townhouses are buildings that contain three or more dwelling units that are connected side by side in a row. These houses can be less expensive than a single family separate homes.
Manufactured Home – Prefabricated Homes
A built house that is transported to the chosen location and placed in a foundation. The term prefabricated house has replaced the term “mobile home”.
Also a single-family house built in a factory built in compliance with local building codes. The houses are normally sent by truck in two or more sections and placed in a foundation.
A condominium is a form of property, not a type of construction. The condos can be high residential buildings, home complexes, individual and low-rise houses or residential buildings. The condominiums are primarily accessed by a single entrance and set of stairways or hallways
