Pico de Gallo Recipe, Mexican Salsa

Pico de Gallo is a typical salsa in Mexico, fresh for the summer! It is a raw recipe and used as an appetizer with chips or your favorite soup! You can vary this recipe by adding mango or avocado in squares! Or you can make a separate guacamole to accompany your dish!

Ingredients for 4 cups of Pico de Gallo

2 cups of chopped tomatoes without the seeds
2 cups of onion finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 cilantro leaves, chopped
1 T of finely chopped jalapeño chile without the seeds (unless you like it very spicy)
3 T of fresh lime juice
2 T of olive oil
Sea salt to taste

Pico de Gallo | Ingredientes para 4 tazas 
2 tazas de tomates, sin semillas y picados en cuadritos
2 tazas de cebolla finamente picada
1 diente de ajo picadito
2 tazas de hojas de cilantro picadas
1 cucharada de chile jalapeño, sin semillas y picado finamente
3 cucharadas de jugo de limón fresco
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
Sal marina al gusto
