The New Canadian Friendship Centre first opened its doors on May 14, 2013 at Temple Crossing in NE Calgary, in response to the vision of Centre Street Church to assist new immigrants by extending them friendship, along with practical help for successful integration into Canadian life. We moved to our current location, at Encompass Partnerships, in August 2015.
Our programs and services are offered free of charge to people of all faiths, or no faith, who come to our Centre. We are able to offer these programs through the generosity of volunteers who are followers of Jesus and who give of their time and talents in many different capacities, as they seek to “Love God” and “Love Others”.
