Ever wonder what is really Mexican food and what is not? Watch this video and you will never think the same about Mexican Food! In classic Tex-Mex food, cheese from Oaxaca or Manchego cheese is substituted with yellow cheese (Kraft) which is the same as that used for hamburgers. Also other typical ingredients of Tex-Mex are the “Chili” pinto beans with sauce and ground beef and rice served to one side.
