Building High Performing Pipeline Teams: Lessons from Project Execution

May 13 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

What does it take to build a high performing team in the pipeline industry?  What are the key skills and characteristics that young pipeliners need?

The Young Pipeliners Association of Canada (YPAC) is proud to present the third session of the 2019 Industry Insights Series in Calgary.

Pipeline projects require complex execution strategies.  High performing individuals and teams enable project success.  Frank Hufnagel will present his experience from Coastal Gas Link and Mexico Projects at TransCanada.  By sharing discoveries about professional acumen and by bringing forward multiple speakers in various stages of their careers, Frank will present attendees with a vision of how lessons from project execution can be applied to young pipeliner development.

This is a great opportunity to gain strategic insights and to network with fellow pipeliners!
