Modus Vivendi Spanish Tapas Pop Up

Beltline cocktail bar Shelter is having a Spanish-themed dining pop-up from July 15 to 18. It will be lead by chef Chris Picek who was the head chef at Il Sogno before heading to Canmore’s Tapas Bodega. The menu will include classics like ham and Manchego croquettes plus contemporary twists like white satin carrots and an Angus beef shank with morels and birch syrup.
