On October 27 to 28, 2012, Calgary will set the stage for a magical experience. Celebrity dance personality Jean-Marc Généreux joins forces with Calgary production companies Dancesport MD and Salsa Rica Productions for a red carpet weekend event at the elegant Hyatt Regency Calgary. The Grand Prix Showcase Gala features dancers from So You Think You Can Dance Canada. The Masquerade Ball After-party, Dancesport Competitions featuring Canada's best dancers, and Celebrity Dance Workshops will make for a weekend you won't want to miss.

Witness a spectacular showcase and elite Dancesport competition featuring dancers from So You Think You Can Dance Canada.

Join Jean-Marc Généreux as he sets the stage for a magical experience. Celebrity Artists from So You Think You Can Dance Canada will inspire hearts with a spectacular gala showcase. Canada’s top dancesport competitors will amaze your eyes with championship-level competition along with local favourites who take centre stage at this world class event. When the curtain closes the magic continues at our Halloween Masquerade ball.

Masquerade Ball After-Party

Dress to impress in formal masquerade style. Outrageous masques, wigs, tux, tails, evening gowns, let your imagination guide you. When the Showcase ends, the party begins. Social Dancing begins in an elegant masquerade feel with all of your favourite Ballroom, Latin, Swing and Salsa music, and gets wilder as the experience continues until 3am. Prizes for best costumes, and Masquerade masks available at the door for purchase.
